Availability

Available. Environments are provisioned within 3 working days.

Who can use this service

  • Commonwealth departments and their agencies
  • Local authorities delivering a public service
  • Suppliers building under contract, with a named departmental owner

Before you start

You will need a named senior responsible owner in a Commonwealth department.

Your service must have a data protection impact assessment before it holds personal data.

Non-production environments are provisioned immediately; production requires a passed assessment.

How to use this service

  1. Tell us about the service

What it does, who uses it, and what data it holds. This determines the security profile we provision.

  2. Get your non-production environments

Development and staging environments are available within three working days, with logging and monitoring already configured.

  3. Pass your service assessment

Production access is granted once your service has passed assessment. You can book that at any point.

  4. Go live with support

We monitor the platform 24 hours a day. Your team stays responsible for the service running on it.
