- Directors and company secretaries of a registered Commonwealth company
- Sole traders operating under their own name
- Agents acting on behalf of a business, with written authority
Before you start
You will need a verified Commonwealth ID account for the person registering.
You will need the company registration number, or evidence of sole trader status.
Registration takes about 20 minutes. You can save and return within 28 days.
How to use this service
Confirm who you are
Sign in with Commonwealth ID and confirm your relationship to the business.
Enter the business record
Registered name, trading name, addresses, and the activities the business carries out.
Add people who can act for the business
Anyone you add must have their own Commonwealth ID. You can change this list at any time.
Submit for confirmation
We check the record against the companies register and confirm it, usually within two working days.
