Before you start
You will need a work email address at a public sector domain.
You can send to your own team immediately. Sending to the public requires your messages to be reviewed once.
Letters are printed and posted by our supplier the next working day.
How to use this service
Create a service in Notify
Sign in with your work email address and create a service for the thing you are building. Each service has its own templates, users, and reporting.
Write your templates
Write in plain language and check them against the content guidance. Templates are versioned, so you can see what was sent and when.
Ask for a review
We read your templates once before you can send to the public. Reviews are usually returned within two working days.
Send and monitor
Send through the API or by uploading a list. Delivery receipts, failures, and costs are reported in real time.
