Service assessment results 2025 to 2026
Every assessment the Office completed in the year, the outcome, and the conditions attached — including services that were not ready.
Outcomes
Of the 133 assessments completed, 82 were met, 46 were met with conditions, and 5 were not met. Every report is published in full, including the five that were not met, because publishing only successes would make the standard meaningless.
The most common conditions
Conditions carry a date by which the team must return. Almost all conditions attached in 2025 to 2026 fall into five categories, unchanged from the previous year.
- Accessibility testing had used automated tools only — 21 assessments
- No tested assisted digital route — 17 assessments
- No plan for measuring the service after launch — 14 assessments
- Research had not included people who find the service difficult — 11 assessments
- The team could not change the service without external approval — 6 assessments
