What is included
The dataset covers all 214 public services running on Office platforms. It contains no personal data — figures are aggregated monthly and any cell representing fewer than ten people is suppressed.
- Transaction volume, by service and month
- Completion rate for people who start the service
- Median and 90th percentile time to complete
- Assisted digital volume, by route
- Digital take-up as a share of all transactions
Licence and reuse
The dataset is published under the Commonwealth Open Data Licence. You can use it for any purpose, including commercially, provided you attribute the Office and do not imply we endorse what you have done with it.
